Super-Speed

Description

The Super-Speed power set is meant for speedsters like Quicksilver, but other characters can make use of it too. Players and Narrators should take care with this power set, as it can easily become overpowered. A more realistic version of many of the powers might allow such characters to finish battles before they started.
